I ordered a pair of 3x and 2 pairs of 4 x in colors I thought would match my skin tone. I hadn't heard of a boxer cut seam style until I received the 3x pair of hose. With no cotton gusset the middle of the hose tended to not remain in place and the individual seams caused some irritation. The color, look, shine and slick texture of the 3x hose was phenomenal and I only hoped that the trunk/brief area of this pair would have been more comfortable.
I gave the 4x pair of hose a try and was pleasantly surprised to find a gusset with double seams connected to the corners of the gusset. The 1st pair of 4x was a nice experience with the look of the hose blending and providing a slight dark and even tone to my legs. The shimmer effect resembled Cecilia de Rafael or Platino brand hosiery and I was enchanted by the ever changing shimmer effect. This pair lasted 2 wearings. Stress was noticed along the gusset stitching which ultimately failed and contributed to a run. The stretch and consistency of staying in place was fantastic.
The 2nd pair of 4x, I expected to wear similarly to the 1st pair, however, the 2nd pair seemed much shorter in brief length and didn't have as much stretch, in the brief or legs as the 1st. The portion of hosiery that covers the upper thighs also seemed tighter in weave with less stretch. As such, I elected to not wear these. I think the potential for brownskin essential hosiery styles is high and with some continued alterations and consistency could become a reasonably priced and equally sensual enjoyable alternative to high end hosiery brands such as wolford, CDR, Platino, etc... I will be watching how this brand evolves and continues to grow and will give them a go again in the future.
