10. Returns Policy
The Company will offer an exchange or refund on lingerie and hosiery if you are not satisfied. Should you wish to return any part of your order, you can do so within 21 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if the items are unworn, with tags attached and in perfect condition.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie and hosiery that has been removed from their packaging.
The Company reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any goods that do not meet the above requirements.
Please ensure to obtain ‘proof of postage' as all returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach the Company.
